What is the Cooking Superpowers Method?

My idea is simple. Learn with me and you will:

  • Feel confident and free in the kitchen.

  • Be better organised without feeling overwhelmed, so you’ll gain more time for what you love and what matters to you.

  • Have a lasting habit of cooking healthy food which will support you to live more balanced and sustainable life more effortlessly.

  • Change your life in a way that fits YOU and live in a way that’s aligned with your values.

  • Be able to cook for yourself delicious, easy and nourishing food, from whatever you have in the fridge on a given day (without too much thinking, planning, recipes, shopping lists and all the mess!).

Each meal you prepare will be a step towards having a healthy mind & body, whilst saving the planet and eating freaking well. Now, isn’t this a superpower?

I believe we all need to eat healthy, delicious and easy food on a daily basis. Mostly plants. For the wellbeing of the planet and our own health. And I know you believe it’s a right path too. Just maybe not the easiest one so far? Let me show you how simple, fun and yummy it can be!

  • I think the main change is that I simply started eating better. Veggies were not on the main spot on my plate and I somehow always would find something better to eat than them. And now that's majority of what I eat and I like it, it seems effortless. It doesn't feel like a diet, it's just a new way how I am. It's also much less often when I have no idea what to do. Most of the days I easily find inspiration, ideas, I just know more.

  • I really like the framework ideas, instead of exact recipes. I never was able to follow recipes and freestyling on my own would not always end up well. Natalia teaches you how to understand what you are making, and that changes everything. I think I have never been eating so well at home, with so little effort.

  • I would already cook at home, but it was always same, same dishes, same ingredients, nothing exciting. I was bored with my cooking. Thanks to Natalia I became much more creative with what I do, I am not afraid to buy new ingredients, I eat more like in a restaurant, but better, cause I make the food the way it's tasty for me! It gives you a lot of freedom this way of cooking. And definitely it makes a huge difference that she teaches you all that in the fastest possible way. No time lost.

  • For me super important was that I have learnt how to cook faster and more efficient. Time was always the biggest concern, I would always say I have no time. With Cooking Superpowers I realised I had enough time to eat well, just I wasn't using it properly. So yes, change in how efficient I am with cooking is great. And then another thiing, everything I make is much more tasty, and it's me cooking, not copying recipes!!!
