Hey, I’m Natalia and I would love you to eat more veggies.
Have you ever dreamt about being able to cook effortlessly, just like that, without recipes, but so it always works out well? So you would be always able to make for yourself (and people you care about) yummy, easy and nutritious food from whatever you have in the fridge? Not depending on others, free and confident, living (and eating!) in the way you believe is right?
I’d love to help you with this change, to assist you in re-organizing your kitchen (and your life ;D), to be there with you for building new habits and to support you in turning them into your lifestyle.

Why do I even care about what do you put on your plate?
In times of climate transformation /crisis / emergency/ we-are-all in a deep sh*t - call it as you want, I feel the need of acting. I feel like it is unfair to everything around me (nature, animals, plants and yes, us humans too) and unfair to me, that our planet gets so destroyed. And as a great believer that every tiny step counts, I do think that shifting towards a more plant-based diet is absolutely the very necessary path to follow. And more of us do it, better. But I don’t want to wait and observe. I want to be helpful with my knowledge and expertise.
Also, I too much like being here, on this freaking amazing planet that we have, where so many things are yet to discover and experience. I want my body to be healthy and ready for it all, I want to feel good, I want people around me to thrive too. Scientists agree …
A well balanced, whole foods and rich in plants diet is the healthiest option for us all - humans and the planet!
OK. Sweet. But how to put it into practise? Sounds amazing, but how do we make it happen?
Cooking, my love. Only by being able to cook will you be fully in control of what and how you eat, free and independent.
Only by cooking yourself, you can prepare food the way YOU like, what YOU feel like having, from ingredients that make YOU feel better. Cooking gives freedom and makes you much more self-sufficient.
And I know it’s not easy!!! No one taught you how to do it. I know you probably have tried, you have saved many recipes, you have decided that yes, you will start now and it ended up as always, and then time is an issue… COOKING MORE PLANTS is a complex adventure to embark on. And I want to give you complex help.
Why me?
Because you want someone who knows their sh*t. - I am a professional chef, trained in Hofmann Culinary School of Barcelona. I know how to deal with food. I also finished Warsaw’s University Social Sciences Faculty, specializing myself in adult’s experiential learning. I know how you learn, I know how to teach you.
Because you deserve someone passionate. - I am a plant based food enthusiast and vegetables have been in the center of my plate pretty much since I started cooking (high five to a teenage Natalia!).
Because on the other hand, you need someone just like you. - I may be trained as a professional chef, but more than anything I am just an everyday home cook, with the same struggles as you have (time, energy, motivation, work life balance anyone?). But I came up with a system which functions and I want to share it with you.
Because you’d prefer someone who has done that before. - I have over 4 years of experience in teaching cooking, in person and online, with hundreds of happy students. I know how to make you cook better than you ever thought was possible. And I know how to make you understand what you are doing and why is it working.
Because you don’t have time to waste. - One of the things that drive me crazy is lack of efficiency. From crossing the street to the way how I cook, through the way I want to teach you, will be the best. We will take the the shortest possible path to the results which will satisfy you.
Because you are done with all the negativity. And I have good energy. It’s good to hang out with people who lift you up ;)

“Cooking, I found, gives us the opportunity so rare in modern life, to work directly in our own support and in the support of the people we feed.”
